    No matter what your goals are, 1-on-1 personal training is for you. Tailor-made to help you get the most of your fitness programme, 1-on-1 training is perfect for individuals who want dedicated and focused workouts to ensure they achieve their targets and transform their lives. Whether you’re looking to increase muscle tone, burn body fat, increase endurance, or just improve your quality of life, opting for a personal trainer will put you on the right track.

    1-on-1 training is also ideal for people with busy lifestyles who struggle to find the time to hit the gym. Your personal trainer will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keeping you motivated and excited for your next session. Building a relationship with your trainer will also keep you accountable. There’s always going to be the temptation to put your training off till tomorrow, but knowing you’re in a fitness partnership with someone is great way to stay on track and not fall off course.

  • Semi Private Training

    Training with others is a great way to stay motivated and ensure a social environment for your workouts. Too many people in a group, however, can often mean your needs aren’t being catered for and your fitness goals not being reached. This is why semi private group training is a great choice.

    Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group - and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for - is an almost perfect blend. Your trainer won’t be constantly distracted because of the size of the class, and it allows you to progress with success in a fantastic environment.

    Semi private group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before and, best of all, it comes from people who are just like you. An educated and knowledgeable trainer may be leading proceedings, but you’ll also have a network of friends that you can help and who will help you. What better way to burn fat, build muscle and reach the level of fitness you’ve always dreamed of?

  • Bootcamps

    If you’re looking for something more than a standard cardio workout, bootcamps are the answer. A physical training program that focuses on high-intensity exercises, interval training, weight lifting and a number of explosive routines, you will lose body fat, increase muscle tone and strength while getting in the best shape of your life.

    Bootcamps are great motivational tools. Giving you the opportunity to train outside, you’ll also be doing so with a group of like-minded people who are all focused on the same goal.   • Boxing

    Have you always wanted to box without having to worry about being punched in the face? Boxing is for you. An effective form of crossfit based on the training concepts boxers use to stay in shape, it’s a fun, challenging and safe workout that will also improve your rhythm and and burn calories.

    Most classes will ask you to shadow-box, skip, pad hit, press-up, shuttle-run and sit-up, a group of exercises that will improve your upper body conditioning, tone your arms, chest and abs as well as drastically improve your cardiovascular fitness. After overcoming Perthes disease Michael has gone on to become an avid athlete in and outside the gym, despite having to learn to walk again. He is a motivated, dedicated and driven trainer that specializes in fat loss/body sculpting and strength development. Being a result-based trainer pushes Michael to help our clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be.

He finds true inspiration in helping others reach and achieve goals. Outside of the gym Michael is passionate about raising money for charity by completing different sporting challenges.

The programming dealt with not only recipes and a diet plan but explained the principles behind it as well. The training sessions were tough, getting more intense as my fitness increased but were fun and always light hearted. Richard generates a great motivational atmosphere in addition to being very professional and well organised.

For me the results speak for themselves. I lost 9kg (haven’t weighed this since being a teenager) and dropped to a 32” waist. I cannot remember the last time I had a 32” waist!!!! Training at Blitz Fitness is tough but it is so worth it and I recommend it unreservedly.

My husband and I moved to London from the states just over a year ago, where we spent the first 6 months on long weekends, travelling… and eating… our way through Europe.  Before long, what was good on the soul, started to show as not so great on the figure.

I first met Richard in a boot camp class he was running at my gym, and by the end of the 45-minute session was convinced that this was the guy I needed to whip me back into shape.  I was inspired by the way he pushed us each to our limits, breaking through mental barriers, and taking no excuses from anybody. He was determined to ensure each of us gained positive results in that short timeframe. I approached him after class to inquire about personal training, and it’s been history from there.

Over the last 6 months, I’ve trained 1-2 times per week with Richard, including an extended fitness routine and healthy eating plan to get me through the remainder of the week. I reached my original goal of getting the extra travel weight off, within a couple of months, and have continued training to gain strength and muscle tone/definition ever since. Today, I not only feel physically healthy and strong, but have also gained mental clarity and better focus through my training regimen.  My husband and I still do a bit of travelling and enjoy the cuisines of the cultures we experience, but thanks to Richard, exercise and an overall healthy diet have become an integral part of my daily life. If you had told me this time last year I would be someone who's life would be turned around by working out I would have peed my pants from laughing so hard! I have always been anti-exercise as I just never found working out enjoyable, however my sister introduced me to Michael from the Blitz Fitness team at the start of the year and I can genuinely say he has completely changed how I view working out. What started as two sessions of Personal Training a week have now progressed to 3 sessions of personal training a week as well as 2 sessions of cardio training and a complete overhaul of my diet. When you sign up with the Blitz team they discuss with you what you would like to achieve and as long as you listen to what they say, you will get the results you want. No work out is the same, every work out is a full body work out, and like everything in life  - you get what you put into it. I am constantly chatting with Richard about different meal ideas and what we plan to have on our cheat day every week, Michael is always available to discuss how to improve your solo workouts/ cardio training and all the guys are great motivators on those days when you are really struggling to work out. I cannot praise these guys enough for getting me into the best shape of my life and for constantly challenging me to be the best version of me.
